Wizz air luggage handler caught on camera swing luggage outside plane

A luggage handler at Gatwick airport is suspended after being caught on the camera that has been brought luggage from the gamble with great force from a wizzlucht.

In a video that will be taken on 6 February, the employee cannot be seen, but from an open door of the cargo hatch from the plane, large suitcases are put out and land with a crash on the conveyor belt that she paves down in a cart.

The suitcases are seen that touch the side of the plane before they withdraw and fall on the conveyor belt, while other cases land with force on the belt.

The passenger who records the video, which was obtained by Sunis heard and chuckled from another plane in Gatwick while the bags are hurled out of the plane with great force.

Aircraft Ground Handling Company Menzies, which employs handlers at the airport, as well as Wizz Air, the publication said that this was an “isolated incident”.

The luggage-throwing incident was not imprisoned on CCTV, but the debt was placed on one employee who is currently being suspended in the midst of an investigation and will not work in Wizz Air baggage handling in the future.

In a statement to The independentsaid a spokesperson for the airline: “Wizz Air sincerely apologizes for the treatment of the luggage of passengers in a recent video.

“Such behavior is not tolerated and a full investigation has been started to ensure that it does not happen again.

“Although we take full responsibility, the luggage handlers in the video are not our employees, but subcontractors of our contracted service provider.

“The research has already shown that the employee in question has a clean record with the airport authorities.

“They are suspended pending a full investigation.”

Wizz Air added: “Passengers must be sure that this isolated incident is not a reflection of the usual high standards of Wizz Air, and the person involved in the incident will not work in the activities of the airline in the future.”

A spokesperson for Menzies told The independent: “The actions demonstrated by the individual do not represent our standards and we have zero tolerance for this kind of behavior.

“We can confirm that the employee concerned admitted error and appropriate measures has been taken.

“We continue to work in collaboration with Wizz Air and provide the high -quality aviation services that they have expected.”

It is not the first time that the staff has been caught on throwing bags with the strength of aircraft after a flight has landed.

In 2022 a video became viral and American Airlines showed luggage handlers who strongly throw the luggage of passengers on the asphalt.

In the video lagging handler, several boxes are thrown on the floor through an airplane on the floor, before picking up a soft black holdall and walking with them, and then throws it on the floor from about five feet distance.

In the same year, two Qantas baggage handlers were caught on camera that swing suitcases on a collective strap and laughs were fired for their treatment of the luggage.

A video that is placed on Tiktok shows that one bag is thrown with so much power that it is correct and falls off the belt.

Qantas said the behavior was not acceptable and said that the two men would no longer work on his flights.
