Vance placed on social media after the interaction that the demonstrators condemned and claimed that they followed him and his 3-year-old daughter, says WCPO. Instead of ignoring protesters, Vance spoke with them “hoping that I could trade a few minutes of conversation for those who left my toddler alone,” he wrote.
“It was a mostly respectful conversation, but if you follow a 3-year-old as part of a political protest, you are a person,” wrote Vance on X.

Dozens of people were gathered along William Howard Taft Road in Walnut Hills, many waving Ukrainian flags, says WCPO.
Ann Henry, the woman who has made the video of Vance who deals with demonstrators, claims that VANCE's post is a manufacture of the incident. She says that the group spontaneously passed Vance when, according to WCPO, they were on their way to nearby protest.
The video shows protesters who ask VANCE questions about the war in Ukraine and Russia, says WCPO.
“We think it is in the best interest of our (own people) and to be honest in the best interest in the Ukrainians before the war to stop,” said Vance.
Vance also confirmed that Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022, something that contradicts President Trump's comments that say that Ukraine started the war, says WCPO.
Protesters said that the US sells the Ukrainians and Vance did not agree.
“With respect, ma'am, I disagree,” said Vance. “I think what we do is that we actually force a diplomatic regulation.”
WCPO earlier handed out to the Vance team to learn why the vice president was in Cincinnati this weekend, but they did not hear back.
