Unitree's G1 Humanoid Robots shown in new video

Unitree, a Chinese robotics company that competes with outfits such as Boston Dynamics, Tesla, Agility Robotics and others, has unveiled a new video of his humanoid G1 and H1 robots, which shows off a number of new movements.

The smaller, more affordable G1 robot is shown running, navigating with uneven terrain and runs in a more natural way. Unitree told us that because the robots worked in environments that had not mapped it with Lidar, these demos were checked remotely.

The longer H1 Humanoid Robot from Unitree also showed some new movements at a spring festival gala. The robots performed a pre -set routine that were learned from data produced by human dancers. The company says that “whole body ai motion control” kept the robots synchronous and enabled the robots to respond to unplanned changes or events.
