Lancaster County currently ranks 72nd in the United States, with a heat score of 91, according to July data.

Cumberland County ranks 173rd, with a hotness score of 84.

York County ranks 319th, with a hotness score of 75.

Adams County ranks 333, with a hotness score of 74.

An analysis of data from Realtor.com shows that the average price of a home in York County was $369,900 in July, down 0.9% from the previous month's price of $373,069.
Compared to July 2023, the average asking price for a home increased by 11.3% to $332,245.
