Brenda Alfaro-Alvarado, 21, was arrested on January 28 after researchers had established that she had sold Fentanyl-Regen percocet to Marco Machado Ramirez, 14. His family said he died in his sleep.
On 11 February, the authorities Angel Alexander Nava-Nava, 20, arrested as the alleged supplier of Alfaro-Alvarado. Researchers searched his house at Graves Road and found seven grams of fentanyl, 155 grams of marijuana, two weapons and $ 1,700 cash.
Both Nava-Nava and Alfaro-Alvarado are confronted with aggravated involuntary manslaughter for the death of overdose of fentanyl and drug-related charges.
In a separate case, Antonio Molina Chavez was arrested in connection with the overdose of a 12-year-old. He is confronted with drug and child abuse.
Mobile phone video shows the police in the Elliot Apartments, where Nava-Nava lives, on Tuesday where they found drugs, weapons and cash.

“It is surprising that we have 12-year-olds and 14-year-olds in our hands,” CPL. Ryan Windededle said with the Gwinnett police.
The police say they have used Austin's law to upgrade the charges. It is only the ninth time that they have used the law since last year. The Gwinnett police use the law more than any other department in the metro.
