:: Residents in this Thai city on the border with Cambodia run for coverage while the countries change fire
:: Weeks of tension across a border conflict between the Southeast Asian neighbors have escalated in collisions

Bunkers built of concrete and reinforced with sandbags and car tires sheltered people, including children and the elderly, because rifle fire and explosions were heard in the background.
“How many rounds are fired? It is countless,” a non -created woman told the Thai Public Broadcasting Service (TPBS) while hiding in the shelter.
Tensions were again created in May after killing a Cambodian soldier during a brief exchange of rifle fire, which escalated in a full diplomatic crisis and has now activated armed clashes.
The collisions started early on Thursday near the disputed Ta Moan Thom Temple, located along the eastern border between Cambodia and Thailand, about 224 miles from the Thai capital, Bangkok.
