Serious storms in Mass. On Saturday with threats of wind damage, floods, possible tornado
On Saturday heavy weather can storm with wind damage, floods and the threat of a possible tornado.
According to the National Weather Service in West -Massachusetts, Worcester County and the Merrimack Valley, the highest risk of serious storms.
Boston 25 news meteorologist Tucker Antico warned that the peak of the storms is expected between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
The North Shore and Boston have the chance to see rain in the dark, but storms will be weakened at the moment.
Temperatures in the mid -80s and humid conditions will feed an afternoon front, packing the ingredients for summer storms to the west and north of Boston.
“Wind and floods are my biggest worries, and you heard me call me tornado, and it is a day when it is a low threat, it is bad,” Antico said during his prediction on Saturday morning.
Sunday it is boring, with a lot of moisture in the prediction.
Because it will be cooler and less moist, heavy weather is not a concern, but Zuid-New England is on for cloudy skies and on and out of showers.
