Californian prisoner Scott Peterson was injured on Sunday in the Mule Creek State Prison, said state officials. The convicted murderer was involved in an “incident with another person” and sustained “small injuries” on 9 March, told a spokesperson for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to Nieuwsnation -branch Kron.
