The annexation of the West Bank of Israel would put an end to every chance of standardization, Saudi -Kroonprins Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS) said on Saturday, according to a report from Israeli public broadcaster, news.
The comments from MBS came during a meeting with the VAE President Mohammed Bin Zayed (MBZ) in Riyad, according to the report.
MBZ previously gave a similar warning and stated that every annexation would be a “red flag” that could lead to the golf country leaving the Abraham chords.
The two leaders had agreed in Riyad that if Israel continues with the annexation of the West Bank, the withdrawal from the Abraham agreements would be a real possibility, according to a source in the Saudi royal family that is cited by.
The source added that annexation would also kill the chances of standards between Israel and Saudi Aarabia. He also noted that Israel by taking such steps, plays in the hands of Iran and Hamas, whose interest is to block ties between Israel and Arab states.

Vae, Saudi -Arabia insist on a Palestinian state
The report also indicated how Saudi Arabia's final pin seems to be the recognition of a Palestinian state and a two-state solution for the conflict.
On Wednesday, MBZ wrote on X/Twitter: “In these challenging times, the VAE sends a clear message: annexation is a red line and peace via a two -state solution must remain ahead.”
The Abraham chords, which normalized relationships between Israel and the VAE in 2020, were signed on the basis of the fact that Israel apart from applying sovereignty to the West Bank in exchange for normalized relationships.
Bahrain, Morocco and Sudan are also signatories of the chords, which were signed during the first Trump government.
