Oklahoma GOP chairman John Bennett, who is a candidate for Congress, said he had called Dr. Anthony Fauci before a firing squad – and the crowd at a campaign event clapped and cheered.
“We are fighting communist democrats, established RINOs!” Bennett raged in a video that Right Wing Watch shared online Tuesday that has now gone viral.
“We are fighting a system that stole the 2020 election and no one was held accountable,” he continued, citing the baseless claims of former President Donald Trump about electoral fraud. “We are at war with bureaucrats who have forced vaccine mandates on us, who have masked us.”
Bennett then scolded something he described as “wakeful confusion” which he claimed is “being pushed down our throats now”.
Then came his sinister line over Fauci, who has faced repeated death threats for his work on the coronavirus pandemic.
“And by the way, we should try Anthony Fauci and put him in front of a firing squad,” Bennett said, not elaborating much on the crime Fauci committed.
Then he clarified, “And to the Secret Service, if they listen, I’m not advocating that we kill Anthony Fauci…until he is convicted by a court of his crimes.”
