Vadim Makhorov, a travel blogger, used a drone to film the bears that in and out of the scattered buildings of the facility in the late summer Arctic Sun this month at Kolyuchin Island in the Chukchi Sea.
They broke to the drone when it was approaching. Others playfully pierced their heads out of the buildings while they were filmed.
Scientists left the research station in an abandoned village, shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union more than three decades ago.
