An image that claims to show a young girl with US President Donald Trump and the deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein is repeatedly distributed online and appears again in the beginning and mid -July 2025.
The statue appeared with renewed attention after the US Department of Justice had released a memo on July 7, 2025, stating that it found no incriminating “client list” and no credible evidence that Epstein had blackmailed people. The assessment of the Department also concluded that “no further disclosure would be suitable or justified” in its investigation into Epstein. The next day Trump responded to the question of a reporter during a cabinet meeting by saying: “Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? This man has been spoken for years.”
On a July 9, 2025, x post (archived) with the image referred to Attorney General Pam Bondi – who leads the doj – in the caption: “Hey Magas! This is what Barbie Bondi protects! If this doesn't make you angry, you are part of the problem! 🤬.”

The image has appeared on several social media platforms over the years, including Instagram and Reddit, as well as Chinese language websites.
In short, we thought the image contained countless signs that it was generated with the help of artificial intelligence. The girl's left hand seemed to have been distorted, for example, along with the left sleeve of Trump's jacket.

In the original version of the image we have seen more instructions, the photo was made artificially. The faces of people in the background, for example, were distorted, Trump only had one leg and Epstein seemed to solve in the couch.

Given that the photo of questions was taken with the help of AI software, we rated it as fake.
We have checked other Epstein and Trump-related claims, including the invalidation of an assumed photo of the men in an airplane. In July 2023 we investigated another image generated by AI, who reportedly had Trump and Epstein pose with minor girls. That said, some viral photos of the couple are real. Take this photo from 1997, for example, which was taken on Trump's Mar-a-Lago Estate in Palm Beach, Florida.
