Manila (Reuters) -the Filipino coast guard accused the Chinese navy of performing dangerous refugeeuvers on Tuesday when it flew close to a government aircraft that patrolled a disputed school in the South Chinese Sea.
“This reckless action was a serious risk for the safety of the pilots and passengers,” said the coast guard in a statement.
The Filipino Coast Guard said that the government fishing plane called a maritime domain consciousness flight on Tuesday about the Scarborough Shoal, a rocky Atol and a Prime Vispatch in the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines.

The Chinese Ministry of Defense did not immediately respond to a request for comments.
The Marine helicopter of the People's Report army flew to three meters to the plane, of which the Filipino coast guard was a “clear violation and flagrant contempt” for aviation regulations.
Named after a British ship that was based on the Atol almost three centuries ago on the Atol, the Scarborough Shoal is one of the most disputed maritime functions in the South Chinese Sea, where Beijing and Manila are repeatedly clashed.
China claims sovereignty across almost the entire South Chinese Sea, an essential waterway for more than $ 3 trillion to trade annually transferred by shipping, making it at odds with Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Vietnam.
An arbitration judgment of 2016 invalidly the extensive claim of China, but Beijing does not recognize the decision.
