After the first report by Snopes on rumors about ice raids in Disneyland in the spring of 2025, new claims emerged in connection with possible federal activities in a park just kilometers away.
The original claims came in the aftermath of unrest in parts of Los Angeles about the immigration policy of the Trump government, which resulted in collisions between demonstrators and federal agents in June 2025, with alleged eye -whiteness reports that Ijen were stopped outside the nearby Disney land.
The rumor seemed to be created on Facebook (archived, archived), but spread broader via a Reddit post (archived) on 11 June 2025, which won more than 5,000 UPVOTES. The rumor also appeared on other platforms such as X (archived) and Bluesky (archived), and countless Snopes readers were looking for information about the claim.
“Received this from a friend. Others also supposedly saw it. Ice -wood people who leave the Manchester CM plot and at the bus stops,“ Read the Reddit message. We have contacted the account that posted the claim and will update this report if we receive a response.
Different commentators seemed to confirm the report. For example, a user wrote: “I just left the resort and there are some of the employee who parks near Mickey and friends.“
We investigated the claims and discovered that, despite these alleged observations, none of the users posted photos, video images or other tangible proof of the alleged presence of ICE in Disneyland or near the parking space of employees.
Moreover, no credible news exit reported a presence on ice in or around Disneyland. A simple Google search on 12 June 2025, with the help of the keywords “Ice agents in Disneyland”, did not yield any credible news items, only iterations of the rumor or claim that the rumor was incorrect.

Finally, shortly after the rumor started online, the Orange County Rapid Response Network (OCRRN) claimed to be in direct contact with the external business team of Disney, reported that “there is no ice cream in the resort” (archived). The full report was as follows:
Community update: 06/11
No ice cream presence in Disney Resort
We have been in direct contact with the external business team of Disney with regard to recent rumors about ICE (American immigration and customs enforcement) activity in their resort. Disney has confirmed that there is no ice cream present in the resort. Disney received several reports during the day.
This is what they shared:
“We can confirm that this is not the case. We have received several reports all day long, but we have checked them all and can report that there is no ice cream present in the resort.”
According to the network on page, the OCRRN is “A interconnected system of non-profit organizations and grassroots, civil rights lawyers, clinics for law study and persons who work together to respond to dehumanization activities for immigration enforcement and policy in Orange County.“
The OCRRN confirmed via a phone call on 12 June that there were no additional updates and that the network could not have found visual proof of the claims. We have also contacted both Disney and ICE representatives and will update this story if we receive a response.
After we originally published this story on 12 June 2025, the OCRRN published a community in which he noticed “reliable reports” of “likely ice actions in the Disneyland area, around Anaheim and Garden Grove.
So although there was no evidence available from a presence on ice on the Disneyland campus, on June 12, 2025 there were indications for likely ice activity in nearby Pearson Park, about six minutes' drive from Disneyland.

An Instagram video (archived) From June 12, federal agents showing a man by car while he ran. The caption is:
I wanted to share something that happened in Pearson Park around 8:30 am. It is a relevant situation, and although we cannot confirm whether it relates to the enforcement of immigration -Douane, it is important to recognize the stress and uncertainty that such incidents can cause.
A zoomed recording of the video shows a person who walks with a vest that seems to say 'Police Federal Agent'.

Different users on multiple platforms, including Facebook and X (archived, archived), claimed that ice was “outside” Disneyland, while at least one X user (archived) claimed that ice cream was “literally for Disneyland”.
A story (archived) of the Daily Pilot – a newspaper Los Angeles Times Daily for Orange County – claimed: “WHile Disney and Anaheim officials disputed the viral claim as unfounded, the city recognized Mobile videos From an SUV who chased a man the next morning after two miles away in Pearson Park, was credible proof of enforcement of federal immigration. “
The Daily Pilot interviewed Anaheim Council Natalie Rombalcava, who examined the scene shortly after the video above appeared on Instagram. We have contacted Rubalcava and will update this story if we receive a response.
Rubalcava told the pilot that a man said that her federal agents had asked him and another man with whom he was to show their identification, after which the other man fled and followed the pursuit on tape, as follows in the daily pilot story:
Anaheim councilor Natalie Rubbalcava saw the Pearson Park video on Instagram, dressed and set off to check the claim. She spoke with a young Latino who told how federal agents dressed in black with their faces covered him and approaching another man in the park. “They asked him for identification,” said Rubbalcava. “When he told them he was born in the US, they told him” prove it. ” He gave agents his social security number when the other man fled on foot. Agents who steering an SUV chased the man held up and left by the time that Rubbalcava arrived.
In short, although there was no evidence of the presence of ice on the Disneyland campus or on the parking areas of employees from this letter, images that an SUV indicates and at least one person who wore a vest with the “Federal Agent” label that has a man chases on foot in a park on a park of Disneyland Campus.
