It is almost the same story for Link is awakening. Fine detail is much more visible and the 3D looks less aliased because the Switch 2 performs the game with a higher resolution. Even the fairly aggressive background fades the game that uses the appearance on the Switch 2.

The videos of these games are not as clearly impressive as the Pokémon Those, but they give you an idea of the higher resolution on the Switch 2 and the way in which the small endemic frame rate of the switch is no longer a problem.
Quiet updates
For the last two categories of games, we will not be that poetic about the graphic improvements because there are not many. Some of these games we played even looked worse on the Switch 2 in handheld mode, probably a side effect of a 720p handheld-fashion image that was collected to the native resolution of the Switch 2s 1080p.

That said, we have still noticed small graphic improvements. In Kirby Star -BondachtenFor example, the 3D elements in the image usually looked the same, with about the same resolution, the same textures and similar overall frame reasons. But 2D elements of the user interface still seemed to be aware that the console is carrying out a 4K image and is therefore visibly sharper.
Games without updates
If you hoped that all games would get some sort of “free” resolution or frame rate boost from the Switch 2, that usually doesn't happen. Games like Kirby's return to Dream Land Deluxe And Pokémon Legends ArceusThat neither of them received a Switch 2-specific update usually looks identical on both consoles. If you get up close and some pixel, you can occasionally See places where performing a 4K image instead of a 1080p image looks better on a 4K TV, but it is nothing as we have seen in the other games we have tested.

However, it seems that the switch 2 be able to Help somewhat in terms of performance resistance. Observe the images of a character that runs through the city in Pokémon Legends—The resolution, drawing distance and overall frame speed all look almost the same. But at least the small frame rate dips and hitches that you see on the switch 1 partially Address on the switch 2. Your mileage will of course vary. But you be able to Receive cases in which a game that focuses on a stable 30 fps on the switch 1, which hits 30 fps with a little more consistency on the switch 2.
