We recently wrote messages where doctors, nurses and other medical professionals have revealed the largest “health errors” that you should never make, as well as the bad habits that actually ruin your health. In the responses, more professionals revealed common mistakes and poor health advice that you may not realize that you are following, and it is an eye opening. This is what they had to say:
1. “I am a sub -specialist of infectious diseases. People! You have to sleep! You can choose one day a month to scroll up for up to 4 o'clock in the morning, but you have to have some discipline. Before 9.30 pm, prepare your brain for bed to bed and put the light, TV and devices.

3. “Oncologist here: Ivermectin and 'Detox' supplements are not proven cancer treatments. Ivermectin can also lead to other organ damage and interfere with some cancer-targeted therapies. Tell your doctor or you use Ivermectin or other supplements.”

4. “Don't wear hair clips while driving! I even saw a small fender bug that embed the teeth of someone's hair clip in his scalp … and of course worse. Hair tires or flat clips, please.”

5. “I am a registered nurse. If you visit the hospital with a baby, toddler or a small child, never let them crawl on a floor in the hospital! It may look very clean, but it is absolutely not sterile, or germ -free, in any way! On the hospital floor to crawl around and 'explore' such a dangerous and infectious spot.”
