Good neighbours were on high alert recently in a North Vancouver neighbourhood when they saw a bear approaching a man who was mowing his lawn. He had no idea there was a bear nearby.
Ezra Mandel told Storyful that he was wearing noise-canceling earplugs while mowing the lawn and didn’t hear his neighbor warn him about the bear. Luckily, he said, another neighbor then “yelled louder until I could hear him.”
