North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has said that the most “crucial task” for the arms of the country is to make “full preparations for war”.
In a message that was delivered after he had observed special troop exercises, the dictator said that his country should be ready for “all levels of modern warfare”, according to state media.
In a video of the exercises, North Korean tanks can be seen maneuvering about uneven, sandy terrain like Kim, in his usual leather jacket and black pants, looks at.

He is surrounded by military officials in uniform, including the Minister of National Defense, De Staff Chef and the director of the General Political Bureau.
Kim seems to be under the spell of the exercises, at one point that keeps binoculars up to see the tanks shoot in the distance.
The exercises also include physical exercises, as well as sea and air drills. In the video the soldiers of rubber boats are seen and walk to the coast and rap from helicopters.
The dictator said that the “point of view of the training” of his country changed to perfect “military and technical preparations” and “improve combat efficiency and effectiveness of our weapon systems”.

Kim also emphasized the need to prepare for “all levels for modern warfare”, including the introduction of “IT system and scientific assessment system in training”.
Kim and Vladimir Putin was recently confirmed that North Korean troops besides Russia fought against Ukraine.
Kim praised the soldiers for their “Vechtgeest and heroism” and defined it as a “holy mission for further consolidation as sturdy as a rock” between the two countries.

Pyongyang “regards it as an honor to have an alliance with such a powerful state as the Russian Federation,” the state media reported.
The latest exercises also follow a ballistic rocket exercise in March, which Pyongyang held in the midst of the annual exercises of South Korea with the United States.
