Heavy rain offers during the week in the El Paso region

    EL Paso, Texas (KTSM) – An alert of the weather authority has been activated for a number of threats present this week, including heavy rainfall, localized floods, strong gusts of wind and the blowing of fabric.

    On Saturday evening, heavy rainfall and opportunities for serious storms on the radar between 5 pm and 10 pm Wind will blow 10-15 mph from the east with windfalls near 20 mph. Blowing dust in some areas will probably be. Threats disappear just before midnight when the storm system leaves the region.

    There are heavy rain threats on Sunday. The chances of showers and thunderstorms are probably after 3 p.m. the high will be almost 95 with winds with 5-10 mph with gusts of wind near 20 mph.

    Similar circumstances are in store for Monday with a cooler high in the low 90s. Storm opportunities present itself just after noon and last until midnight.

    The temperatures remain approximately average for Tuesday and Wednesday in the above 90s, with light winds and opportunities for showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon to evening.

    Thursday and Friday the threats for heavy rain chances are increasing with the potential for thunderstorms in the evening. Heights will be almost 95 with lows around 75.
