A 20-year-old woman from Texas died after a jet ski, only a few hours after she had sent an airy video to her friend.
Ashley Gil disappeared in an area of Lake Houston in Deusen Park after he fell from a Jetski on Tuesday 17 June and her body was found two days later on Thursday 19 June, according to the Houston Police Department (HPD), per local news output Khou 11.
Ashley reportedly did not wear a life jacket when she fell from the Jetski, who was wearing several people at that time, according to the exhaust.

People were in contact with the HPD for comment on Sunday 22 June, but did not receive an immediate response.
In a statement to ABC 13 Houston, Ashley's friend, Jason Rogriguez, said he was out of the city and worked the day of the incident, and he received a video from Ashley who had fun on the Jetski around noon, a few hours before she allegedly fell.
She was wearing a life jacket in the video, which he shared with the outlet valve.
Jason also told ABC 13 that he and Ashley's loved ones still have questions about what happened that day.
Researchers are waiting for the results of Ashley's autopsy to confirm her cause of death, and they are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the tragedy, according to ABC 13.

A press release from the office of commissioner Rodney Ellis stated that Deusen Park would be closed on 17 June and would remain closed on Wednesday 18 June, while the police worked with search and rescue teams to find the victim.
In a later statement shared on June 19, Ellis confirmed that the body of a 'young woman' had been found.
“My heart goes out to her family, her loved ones and everyone who is affected by this tragic loss,” he said.
Ashley's sister, Kathy Gil, has since created a GoFundme to help her mother pay for funeral costs for Ashley, as well as all other unexpected costs that can arise as a result of their loss.
“Ashley was a clear light in the life of so much, full of love, laughter and kindness. She had an incredible spirit that touched everyone around her. Her absence leaves a deep emptiness in the hearts of our family, friends and everyone who knew her,” reads the Gofundmme.
De Gofundme has picked up almost $ 8,000 for a goal of $ 10,000 from Sunday 22 June.
