Fox News’ Raymond Arroyo accused the White House of jumping on Christmas because it received its Christmas tree on the same day President Joe Biden pardoned two turkeys for Thanksgiving.
The problem was that the conservative network lit its own “All-American Christmas Tree” outside its New York headquarters earlier in the day. Fox’s tree burned down in an arson attack last year.
On Monday, Arroyo grumbled to prime-time personality Laura Ingraham: “The turkey pardon barely happened, Laura, it was barely over when (first lady) Jill Biden went to get the White House Christmas tree. At this rate, New Year’s Eve could come tonight at midnight.”

“Can we catch our breath between seasons?” continued Arroyo. “The election is four weeks away, but Thanksgiving and Christmas are over in an afternoon for the Bidens. I’ve never seen anything like it.”
Ingraham agreed, saying “I know, I mean, that’s a quickie.”
Arroyo, reportedly on the show for comic relief, later appeared to roll back, acknowledging that the White House under former President Donald Trump had also had “the turkey pardon and the same-day tree unveiling.”
But it’s still “too fast,” he added.
