Wit -Russia has liberated Siarhei Tsikhanouski, an important dissident figure and the husband of banish opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, after a rare visit from a high American official, the Tsikhanouskaya team announced on Saturday. The popular blogger and activist who was imprisoned in 2020 arrived in Vilnius, Lithuania, next to 13 other political prisoners.
