Bill O'Reilly corrected on-Air about false claim Biden supervised the conviction of Epstein: “How do you condemn a man who is dead?”

Bill O'Rilly wrongly doubled that Jeffrey Epstein was convicted of the administration of Joe Biden.

While he appeared on NewsNation on Monday evening, host Leland Vittert O'Reilly had to correct several times after the former “O'Reilly Factor” star claimed that the loss of film financier was convicted under the administration of Biden by Attorney General Merrick Garland. Epstein was arrested both and in 2019 committed suicide – a year and a half before Biden took office.

“Epstein was convicted during the Biden administration,” said O'Reilly.

“Wait a minute, Bill,” interrupted. “You said that Epstein was convicted during the Biden administration. Epstein committed suicide during the Trump government.”

    “Yes, so?” Asked O'Reilly.

“How do you condemn a man who is dead?” Vittert responded.

“I believe he was convicted under the Ministry of Justice of Merrick Garland,” said O'Reilly to regain his foot. “Then he was locked up. Then he committed suicide. Suicide hassle is Bull …”

At that time, O'Reilly interrupted again to clarify the timeline. “Bill, I think this is important, he was arrested in 2019 and committed suicide in 2019, died on 10 August 2019. So the Biden administration was not involved in a conviction or a trial against him.”

“He was arrested and charged under Merrick Garland,” O'Reilly wrongly claimed. “Who had all the information …”

“No! Under Trump,” Vittert corrected again. “Epstein was arrested in 2019, charged and suicide committed under Trump. Trump was president. Merrick Garland was not the attorney general.”

A new zeal in Epstein and his alleged customer list arose after a new memo was released by the DOJ and FBI released last week, it insisted that Trump mandated into the criminal past of Epstein “had not discovered any preservation material that a study could predict against non-loaded third parties.” This came only a few months after Bondi Fox News said that she was in possession of a list of that nature.

The news – or the lack thereof – about the Epstein list created a schism in the Maga base of Donald Trump with some passionate for information about one end and who are ready to go to the next subject on the other. For O'Rilly it meant that it falsely break down the timeline of the conviction of Epstein.

“I am corrected,” O'Reilly finally admitted.
