Bar Brawl under rival motorcyclists is deadly in South California

    His two men, reportedly, are members of the Mongols Motorcycle Club, arrested earlier this year in connection with a deadly Barbrawl in San Bernardino County, federal officials announced.

    The violence, according to a press release from the US Department of Justice, unfolded in the early morning hours of 4 March in a bar in Ontario.

    Justice officers say that the Mongolen members, the 51-year-old Montclair-resident Clifford “Buckshot” Lavoy and the 31-year-old resident of Upland Julian “Juls” Pulido, violent a member of Vagos, a rival motorcyclist, have attacked, only the identified as “US”.

    US was reportedly in the bar with the Lubos Club equipment with Vagos Club when he was approached by Pulido and Lavoy, who reportedly demanded the victim respected as members of the Mongols.

    A subsequent argument escalated when the Mongols were overwhelmed, attacking him by hitting him in the face, kicking him in the face, head and neck and stitching the rival gang members, said publicities of justice.

    “When the victim tried to run out of the bar, Pulido is said to have taken a gun and the victim shot several times in the back, causing the victim to fell through the door of the bar and bleed on the sidewalk,” detailed. “The defendants then fled the stage.”

    Not long after, Pulido was noticed by law enforcement and led them on a nine -hour chase by five Californian provinces.

    “He was arrested after he had dropped a black Dodge vehicle in a ditch during a rapid chase along Highway 46 near Lost Hills in Kern County,” said prosecutors. “At the time of his arrest, Pulido owned the same clothing from Mongols that he had worn in the night of the murder of US.”

    More than a month later, on April 15, Lavoy was arrested in Whittier, where he was booked and later released, according to the release.

    He is accused of mistreatment, resulting in serious physical injury for racketeering, where Pulido is accused of murder to support racketeering.

    The Mongols, an Outlaw Motorcycle Club, reportedly founded in California in the sixties and was admitted to Montebello. Vagos was reportedly also founded in the early sixties in San Bernardino.

    If condemned as accused, Pulido is confronted with a mandatory minimal life sentence in the federal prison, where Lavoy is confronted with the possibility of a maximum punishment of 20 years.
