The American company was given permission to sell the H20 in July, but shipments still have to restart.
Nvidia started sending the RTX6000D this week, according to one of the sources.
The access from China to advanced AI chips is one of the largest flash points in the American sino-trading voltages.
On the one hand, the US has withdrawn from its previous position of more serious export restrictions.
But Beijing has become increasingly enthusiastic for Chinese companies to switch to domestic chips.
On Monday (September 15), Beijing Nvidia accused the violation of the Chinese anti-monopoly legislation, which pronounced more uncertainty about his activities in the second largest economy in the world.
