The suspect, Torrin Mott, remains in custody without a band, Channel 2s Michael Seiden learned.

Bernice Brown, the victim of the Marta station attack, spoke during a Marta board meeting and insisted on increased security measures.

“I am the young woman who was attacked at the train station,” said Brown during the meeting.

She became emotional when she addressed the Marta Council of the board and called for action after having survived a violent attack on the Lenox station on 3 September.

“I felt a presence behind me and I turned my head to the right,” she said. “And he was right behind me, and he had his hands above his head with a belt, and I saw it, and I tried to cut my bike to the right. And then I fell on the platform and broke my head.”

After the attack, Brown chased her attacker and contacted the police, but he managed to escape.

Researchers said Mott tried to rape another woman outside a target in Buckhead Hour after the attack on Brown.

The police of Marta and Atlanta worked together to arrest Mott, a convicted criminal, at the five -point station.
