Today we contacted the White House and will update the story if it gives a comment.
Termination of “armament”
Public Citizen wrote that “President Donald Trump has spent much of his presidential campaign from 2024 on claiming his persecution by several authorities and the subsequent conviction for his crimes are unfair 'weapons' of law enforcement. Manager in the technology sector, enthusiastic about speaking.”
The Trump administration has acted rapidly to end this alleged armament, Public Citizen wrote:
When Trump took office, the business campaign to discredit law enforcement that protects the public and describes the powerful responsible order on the day one executive order 'ending the federal government', who explicitly connects the enforcement against business law …
Since then, Trump's White House has exercised an unprecedented authority on legally independent enforcement agencies such as the Consumer Product Safety Commission, Federal Trade Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and has essentially eliminating the independence of the Ministry of Justice of the Witte Huis.
The elimination of the agency's independence means that enforcement investigations and lawsuits will not continue if President Trump wants to kill them, and that civil servants of the agency who are opposed are removed from the White House orders.
Twenty-three enforcement actions against cryptocurrency companies and 11 against financial technology companies have been dropped or stopped under Trump, according to the report. Technology companies that have been investigated include Activision, Binance, Coinbase, Ebay, HP, Juniper, Meta, Microsoft, PayPal, SpaceX and Tesla, according to the report.
There are still numerous hanging investigations and lawsuits against technology companies that did not terminate the Trump administration, at least not yet. Companies examined by the Biden Administration and that are now “ready to operate their ties with the Trump administration, are Amazon, Google, Meta, OpenAi and companies led by Elon Musk (Tesla, SpaceX, Xai, The SAA company and Neuralink),” the report said. Public Citizen also published a spreadsheet with information about active matters and they have been terminated.
