Jesse Grant, a father of three, says he just got to a nearby company when he and his colleague Safeway's bought cheap chicken agreement on Monday and were eating in a car outside the supermarket chain.
“I threw my chicken on the floor outside my window, so I wouldn't get a mess in my colleague's car,” said Grant.

Mobile phone video recorded the chaos, moments before the recordings took place.
Grant says he didn't even know that a gun was directed on his head, which was in Dale's hand at the time.
“I was in the army and I was never shot, but I am shot in Safeway about what chicken,” said Grant.
Because the security on the phone was with 911, Grant was shot in the leg.
Then another woman is seen to the stage, probably thought he was Dale's girlfriend. Then they both ran away in South Andover Street, then north of Rainier Avenue South.

Dale is held on $ 350,000 bail, accused of second -degree attack and first degree illegal of a firearm in connection with the shooting.
Dale is also accused of various other King County -crimes, such as a armed theft of Seattle about the Rolex of an older man, and the use of the stolen credit cards of a car front head in Bellevue Square Mall.
