A group of people are accused of forcing a teenager to perform sexual actions in glass sport.
The police of Allegheny County received a childline tip about a 15-year-old girl who reported that she had been sexually abused for the staff of the Children's Hospital in UPMC.
According to judicial documents, the victim Karen All and James Clark met Market Square. The couple took her back to their house on Hemlock Alley in glass sport in a bus.
The police said they gave her alcohol and told her that she should “do things” to stay with their house.
Several incidents were reported where the couple sexually abused the victim.
The victim told the police that a man named Anthony Brown, identified as James Clark's brother, had sent her a message about receiving a sexual video that Clark had recorded. He then came to the house and raped her.
The couple also threatened to call the police if she tried to run away afterwards, say judicial documents.
Karen Allen later told the police in an interview that Anthony Brown said he knew that the victim was 15 years old and that he couldn't care.
The police also accused Robert Clark, the other brother of James, for a reported incident when he also participated in a sexual attack with his brother and all.
Cyf said James Clark and admitted that he had let the victim stay in his house in August, but denied any sexual contact.
When James Clark and Karen were all interviewed at a later time, they both admitted that they knew that the victim was 15 years old.
Officers could find video images that confirmed with what the victim told them.
Costs were submitted on Friday against all four suspects.
James Clark, Anthony Brown and Karen are all being held in the prison of Allegheny County.
