A British teenager who was missing while traveling in Thailand was arrested in Georgia.
Bella May Culley, 18, was last seen in Pattaya, a city in the east of the Southeast Asian country.
But on Tuesday it was revealed that she had been arrested thousands of kilometers away in the Georgia country, in the Caukasus region.
Cleveland's police said that the Georgian authorities said she had been arrested there on suspicion of drug offenses and was in custody.

Images shared by broadcasters in Georgia seemed to show the 18-year-old in handcuffs to court.
Customs officials at the Tbilisi International Airport in Georgia discovered that her bag was full of drugs, according to local media reports.
A video apparently showed a suitcase full of drugs, including about a dozen bags with the “Hash” label.

The teenager appeared in court and was taken into custody.
Her lawyer asked for bail, but the judge denied this after the public prosecutor had expressed his concern about hiding her.
Mrs. Culley can get up to 20 years or even life imprisonment if he is found guilty.

The teenager's family, from Billingham, Co Durham, had previously appealed to the public for information about her place of residence.
Lyanne Kennedy, Mrs. Culley's mother, said that her daughter had traveled through the Philippines in April before she flew to Thailand on 3 May.
“She flew to the Philippines after Easter with a friend and she was there for three weeks,” Mrs. Kennedy told Tesside Live.
“She posted a lot of photos and then she went to Thailand on about 3 May.
“The last message she sent was to me and that was on Saturday at 5.30 pm and said she would go to Facetime later. That was the last message that someone received from what we can think of so far.”

Mrs. Culley's father and aunt, Neil and Kerrie Culley, flew to Thailand to try to find her after her family had warned the police in Thailand and Groot -Britain about her disappearance.
A spokesperson for the Cleveland police said on Tuesday: “We had confirmation from the authorities in Georgia that an 18-year-old woman from Billingham was arrested there on suspicion of drug offenses and that she remains in their detention.”
