Port St. Lucie-a 43-year-old woman with children in her vehicle was arrested during the weekend in what the police described as a “anger-rage” case when she was accused of pulling a gun with other motorists, a police spokesperson said.
Nicolle Marie Peith was imprisoned on two counts of serious abuse with a fatal weapon without the intention of killing the Saturday incident in the area of Northwest University and Northwest California Boulevards in St. Lucie West.
Officer Brittany Holly, spokesperson for the police of Port St. Lucie, said on Monday that Peith indicated that she was driving in a Nissan Sport Utility vehicle “at a lower speed than what was posted … because there was a vehicle for the suspect who went slower.”

The police of Port St. Lucie said that a woman pulled this Glock gun during an incident with “Road Rage” in the St. Lucie West area.
“The vehicle behind her, our victims, would honk the horn to her,” said Holly.
Holly said the victims, two women in a four -door Kia, could not see the slower vehicle for Peith.
“It escalated from there … Hence the anger incident with the road where she eventually waved a firearm out of the window and then left her vehicle and threatened the firearm with the firearm,” said Holly.
Peith believed that the women followed her, but the women indicated that they were on their way to a nearby event. The women stopped calling 911.
Peith said that, according to Holly, she waved a firearm, a glock gun, a glock gun.
Holly said Peith had children with him.
“She said she was on her way to drop children off at a sleepover,” said Holly.
Holly suggested that motorists try to de-escalate incidents of the 'anger' type.
