A youth pastor in Atlanta is arrested and is confronted with charges after the police say that he has used a popular messages -app to share and download more than a dozen sexually explicit videos with children.
Daniel Menelaou, 31, was arrested on Wednesday and accused of six crime counts of owning or checking materials with minors in sexually explicit content. According to the prison records, he received $ 20,000 deposits for every charge.
Menelaou works as a youth pastor in the Futures Church in Alpharetta, submitted in Fulton County according to an arrest statement. Channel 2s Michael Seiden has contacted the church for comment, but our phone calls and e -mails have not been sent back.

The research started last month after the internet crimes of the Roswell Police Department against Children received a tip that Menelaou Kik Messaging -app had used to send and download sexually explicit videos of children.
On Wednesday, researchers served search orders in his house in Roswell, where they seized several devices, according to an arrest warrant.
While he was interviewed by the police, Menelaou knew crimes and admitted to researchers that he has an addiction to pornography, according to judicial documents.
