Bristol, Wis. (WFRV) – A production facility in Wisconsin will close permanently, resulting in the dismissal of 36 employees.
According to an adjustment from the employee and retraining (Warn) submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD), Northlake Engineering, a subsidiary of Standex Electronics, will close its Bristol facility as part of a company-wide production consolidation.

The closure will lead to 36 job losses, including five employees and 31 hours per hour. Redundancies start on 30 May 2025 and continue in phases until the facility is officially eliminated on June 30, 2025.

Employees are not represented by a trade union and bumping rights – which means that senior employees can replace less senior – will not be available.
This marks the third dismissal report received by the Wisconsin DWD in February 2025.
