The family of a man who was dead crushed in a freak accident fear that they may never discover what the pop-up urinal caused to suddenly drop.
Maintenance engineer Kevin Holding, 60, was killed when he worked in Soho on January 27, 2023. His research heard that it took two hours before a tap arrived to lift the urinal of him.
His daughter Karlie Holding, 37, said that the lack of answers about how he was crushed was “disgusting” and “disrespectful”. She said BBC London: “The family as a whole has not been the same at all: we are a very broken family.”
