Bergen Waste accumulated in Gaza City and created what Palestinian news agency Wafa described as a “health risk” for residents.
Images filmed by the Hamas-Lied Quds news network shows a huge accumulation of waste in Gaza City on Tuesday 4 February.
According to a report from the Associated Press, Palestinians were resorting to throw away waste on the street in the absence of a collection system.
