Just last week, two elderly men ran for president in the United States.
Nowadays that is no longer entirely the case.
Now this MSNBC clip is going viral because the host Andrea Mitchell was completely gagged when Senator from New Mexico Martin Heinrich responded to her question about age.

“The only thing that matters to this country is that there is an adult in the White House in 2025,” said Senator Heinrich.
“So the age issue is no longer an issue?” she asks.
“For our party,” he answers.
And then she sat there, stunned.
People love it.
“She was too stunned to speak,” this person said.
Someone else used one of my favorite words to describe the situation: “She was stunned.”
As this person said, the cat really has a hold of her tongue.
