Black label reserve
Another excellent product to try is El Yucateco’s Black Label Reserve Sauce. This one hits 5,000 units on the Scoville scale, so it’s not nearly as hot as the previous option. But it’s still about as hot as your average jalapeño pepper.
The sauce is dark brown and contains habanero peppers and many of the same ingredients as the other sauces in this line. If the XXXtra Hot Sauce is too much for you, this is a simpler option but can still be spicy for some.
