    Wan, who produced and co-wrote “M3GAN”, Collider said that the idea for the film came to his production company Atomic Monster before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

    “One of the things we like to do at Atomic Monster, just at the end of the week, hang out, get together, just kind of chill on Fridays, have a drink and some food, and we loved just performing over movies. And that’s how the concept for ‘M3GAN’ actually came about,” he said.
