The fast charging statistics are acceptable for a powertrain of 400 V. VW sacrifice 30 minutes fast charging of 10 to 80 percent, whereby the battery can accept peak speeds of 170 kW. In practice I started with 35 percent soc and reached 80 percent after 21 minutes. In the meantime, a full AC loading must take 7.5 hours.
You want a lot of space in a minibus, and there is a huge amount here. In the US we only get a three-row version of the Buzz, which offers functions that can not be the two-row version with Euro-Alleen, such as air ventilation openings and windows on the back. There are also an abundance of USB-C ports. You are high, with an H-point (where your hip is going) that is a few centimeters above that of other minibus riders.
One of the disadvantages of that large battery is the extra height that it adds to the buzz, although a tight rotating circle and light control means that it is never a job to drive. However, coming in can be a bit easier for people at the smaller end of the spectrum if there were handles or bandyards.
The width should not be a problem, given the number of commercial buzzing that you now see as delivery vans or work cars in Europe nowadays. The front and large frontal surface can also explain the wind sound on highway speeds, although that can easily be drowned by the sound system (or two rows of children, perhaps). Driving slowly and therefore efficiently, is made easier due to the lack of side reinforcement of the seats and that high H-point that increases any amount of rolls during the turns.
The VW infotainment system is still a bit behind and the car relies on capacitive controls, but at least they are now illuminated.

If you need an electric minibus, this is the only game in the city. But it's stylish.

Both middle and third row are feasible places to place adult adults, even for long journeys. The specifications actually give the third row the edge, with 42.4 inches (1,077 mm) legroom versus 39.9 inch (1.014 mm) for the middle row, and VW had to give a recall because the rear seat is slightly wider than allowing federal rules if you only have two sitting images.
