Two suspects were arrested in connection with hate crime incidents aimed at black victims in San Bernardino County.
The suspects were identified as Michael Razo, 22, Van Highland and Humberto Silva, 24, from Colton, according to the Fontana Police Department.
Officers have been working with Fontana Sheriff station for several months to investigate the incidents.
In any case, the couple are reportedly aimed at homeless victims at bus stops. They would rise in a blue Chevrolet Silverado truck and shoot at the victims with a paintball gun while screaming racial blemish. The victims were injured in various incidents, the police said.

On August 19, both suspects were established and arrested for mistreatment with a fatal weapon and a hate crime improvement. Searches were operated in their homes where evidence was found with regard to the crimes.
“We believe that there can be extra victims and we ask you to come forward to report these incidents to us,” the police said.
