A Fox News personality known for his allegiance to Donald Trump may have inadvertently insulted the former president — possibly even calling it “little stupid” over allegations that he kept highly sensitive documents at Mar-a-Lago, possibly in violation of the federal law.
“Let me ask you a question: if you’re going to commit a crime, do you turn on the video cameras in your house 24/7?” asked Mark Levin at the top of his monologue on Sunday night. ‘I don’t know, will you? Seems a bit silly, doesn’t it?”
Levin didn’t stop there.
‘Or would you do it in front of the Secret Service? I don’t know, that seems a bit silly, doesn’t it?” he said. “Well, that’s what you’re supposed to believe.”
He then launched a favorite Fox News topic of conversation: attacking Hillary Clinton, who he says should receive “50 consecutive life sentences” if the charges against Trump turn out to be true.
Levin — who stated in 2019 that there had been no “touch of scandal” during the Trump presidency — earlier this month called the search warrant executed in Mar-a-Lago “the worst attack on this republic in modern times.” history, period.”
