A small plane made an emergency landing at Naples airport in early January after takeoff.
Airport officials posted on Facebook around 7:45 a.m. Wednesday that a 36 Bonanza plane had to land “and fortunately all four people on board walked away from the plane.”
“A few buildings on the airport grounds have been damaged and the airport has resumed normal operations,” the Facebook post said.
A photo shared by Naples Airport on Facebook shows the cockpit and right wing of the small plane near a building with damage to an exterior wall.
The Beechcraft Bonanza 36 is a single-engine, six-seat aircraft that has been in production longer than any other aircraft in history.
