The House Natural Resources Committee announced its first-ever criminal law referral to the Justice Department on Wednesday, requesting that it investigate whether Mike Ingram, an Arizona real estate developer and campaign donor to Donald Trump, bribed officials during Trump’s term as president, including then Assistant Secretary of the Interior David Bernhardt.
