Heavy snow accumulated in parts of Northwestern Pennsylvania on Saturday, November 30, as snow bands continued to pound the region.
This footage was posted to Instagram by Kevin Joseph, who said he filmed it early Saturday from his hotel along Interstate 90 and Perry Highway in Erie County.
“I thought it was bad yesterday…look at it this morning. That's my car there. That's my car right there,” Joseph said, pointing to a pile of snow.
