STILLWATER – The Oklahoma A&M Colleges Board of Regents will evaluate and assess the “employment of the Oklahoma State University football staff” Friday morning, according to the agenda of a special meeting scheduled by the board.
The agenda for the meeting was released Wednesday afternoon, around the same time news broke that OSU was firing its offensive and defensive coordinators, Kasey Dunn and Bryan Nardo.
Mike Gundy just completed his 20e season as head coach of the Cowboys.
The agenda included one notable item: “Executive Session, if approved by the required number of members present, for the purpose of considering evaluation/assessment and other information relevant to the employment of Oklahoma State University football personnel.”
If the board meeting is approved, all discussions will take place behind closed doors. However, if there is a vote or action to be taken, it must be done in public.
The special meeting will take place at 7:30 a.m. Friday at the Oklahoma State Student Association, followed by the regular Board of Regents meeting at 10 a.m. Friday.
